Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple is an old and historic Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Trimbakeshwar (Supreme deity Lord Shiva) in Trimbak village (located in the Nasik district of Maharashtra). It is 28 km away from Nashik. Trimbakeshwar Temple is an ancient Shiva temple that has been designated as one of the heavenly 12 Jyotirlinga. Godavari, the sacred river, rises at Trimbak. Kushavarta Kund (Sacred Pond) is also located inside the temple grounds, which were established by "Shrimant Sardar Raosaheb Parnekar," also known as Fadnavis of Indore State.
